LAUREL, MD – Caves Farm’s Pizmo Time, making his seasonal debut, reeled in Grade 3 winner Archaggelos in mid-stretch and edged clear to a record-setting victory in Sunday’s featured sixth race at Laurel Park.

A gelded 6-year-old son of City Zip trained by Ed Graham and ridden by Jorge Vargas Jr., Pizmo Time ($7) ran one mile in 1:33.91 over firm ground in the $45,000 second-level optional claiming allowance for 3-year-olds and up.

LAUREL, MD – Live Oak Plantation’s record-setting homebred stakes winner Win Win Win arrived early Thursday morning at Churchill Downs following an 11-hour van ride from his base at the Fair Hill Training Center in Elkton, Md.

Mike Trombetta, leading trainer at Laurel Park’s current spring meet, said during training hours Thursday that his Kentucky Derby (G1) contender had an uneventful trip to Kentucky.
