Carrasco Wins Three More
LAUREL, MD - Not only will Laurel Park feature five stakes races when racing returns Saturday, Dec. 26, but there will also be a 10-cent Rainbow 6 carryover of $91,337.21.
There was no single, unique winning ticket on the Rainbow 6 Sunday, meaning there will be a carryover come Saturday's program. Multiple-winning tickets Sunday on the Rainbow 6 with the winning combination 4-8-4-6-1-1 returned $6,783.76.
Saturday's five stakes will be highlighted by the $100,000 Dave's Friend for 3-year-olds and up and the Maryland Juvenile Futurity and Maryland Juvenile Filly Championship. Entries will be drawn Monday for Saturday's program.

Jockey Jevian Toledo, who is battling with Victor Carrasco and Trevor McCarthy for the top spot in the jockey standings, visited the winner's circle four times Sunday.
Toledo won aboard Finito ($8.60) in the second, Whipsnade ($10.20) in the fifth, Henry the King ($14.40) in the seventh and Reason to Believe ($7) in the ninth.
Meanwhile, Carrasco, who won three races Saturday, had a riding triple Sunday winning aboard Gladys's Ring ($4.80) in the first, Cloudy River ($5.80) in the sixth and Sweet On Smokey ($5.80) in the eighth.
